    Our delivery times are available for the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Congo, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, etc.
    Please confirm your shipping address before you pay required for your phone number. Items are usually shipped within 2 business days after your payment.
    You'll never be in the dark about the status of your order. A tracking number will be sent sent to you right after your package. Package transit time normally takes 7 to 10 days depending on the destination. If you live in the countryside, it can take two days or longer. Holiday, strike, war, and other non-artificial factors for the Postal Service's control.

    The shipping fees

    Your right to cancel
    To cancel, do not worry. We will not process your order until you pay for it, so forget it! If you cancel the order after your payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we can not cancel your order once your item has been shipped. For your convenience, think before you place your order.

    All products are carefully checked before delivery. Please let us know your problems via email if any problem can not be fixed yourself.
    All products on our website can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in unused condition. Please note that once your return items have been received and found worn or soiled, these items will be sent to you. Please contact us before you do, and wait until you receive our reply.

    The shipping, all duties, taxes and extra charges for international exchanges should be paid by the customer, except for the defective part we ship. Please e-mail us the tracking number once the parcel has been sent. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the mail.
    Note:
    Shipping costs are not refundable. 25% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. If the items are not quality problems, should add the customer postage fees for the delivery exchange. Return to one to two weeks it takes to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.     Packing sending your return
    Repack your unworn item in the original packaging. Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return. Take the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records. Fill make your return address information on the label to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages back on the road.
